Processing Time All of our products are personalised and made to order, just for you. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to craft and dispatch your order.

Delivery Times We ship across the UK using Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within 2–3 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs Standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £30. Delivery charges for orders under £30 are shown at checkout.

Where We Ship We currently ship to UK addresses only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know!

Personalised Orders Because every item is made specifically for your little one, we begin production as soon as your order is placed. Please double-check all names, spellings, and personalisation details before completing your purchase.

Lost or Damaged Orders We take great care packing every order, but if something arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please get in touch at info@tinytinklet.co.uk within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We'll offer you either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
